Keywords:
Environmental pollution, natural resources, water, industry, physico-chemical properties, cleaning wastewater.Abstract
The importance and role of water in production, its physico-chemical properties and indicators, as well as its classification according to its use, are fully presented. Therefore, in this chapter, we will introduce the sources and ways of water pollution, the classification of pollutants and waste water in the treatment. Environmental pollution has a negative impact on natural resources, and in turn, on water bodies. Polluted wastewater can easily enter the soil and even clean drinking water, as a result of which it changes the physical and chemical composition of water, spreads unpleasant odors, and affects it causes a slight change in temperature, floating substances are formed on the surface of the water, and it causes them to accumulate in water bodies. Also, in the event of an accident, a large amount of toxic substances are released into water bodies, causing harm to human health, causing economic or other activities to be carried out under normal conditions, as well as causing a violation of biodiversity.
